Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actress. Her most well-known roles include parts in soap operas, including Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. Also, she performed the regular role as Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She began her teaching career in Maury County teaching Reading to 1st and Kindergarten. She married Brent Jones, her UT Martin beloved, and then moved into Thompsons Station in 1998. She began her teaching career in 4th class in Bethesda Elementary. Both in 1999 and 2000 she was teaching while receiving her Master of Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped off the teaching side when the family welcomed their son Baylor into their family in 2000. Ashley has been spending the past 15 years focusing on the growth of the kids in her local congregation and in the community, while also serving as a variety of roles. Ashley is an active leader of the Preschool Ministry as well as the Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. Ashley taught her children at home during the time she was her home. Ashley was also teaching History at the homeschool tutoring throughout their homeschooling years. Ashley loved her homeschooling experience and being with her children God clearly showed their family the need to go back to school full time. Brent and Ashley are parents to five kids. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz All three attend GCA. Baylor, an GCA graduate, attends UT Martin where she plays baseball at the university. Callan the GCA graduate, also goes to Western Kentucky University. The family is engaged and they enjoy fishing, hunting, and assisting the other family members in their sports. Romans 8:28.
